Founded in 2003, Zhejiang Universal Fenghe Plastic Industry Co. is a dynamic manufacturer of high-quality plastic pipes, offering everything from pipes and pipe fittings for home plumbing systems to large-scale engineering pipelines. Our extensive selection of products includes covered PPR pipe, PB pip, PE-RT gas pipe, aluminum plastic composite pipe, gas pipe, and many other types of pipe. We also manufacture an assortment of compatible pipe fittings and valves. Fenghe continuously focuses energy on developing new products to adapt to the everchanging market.
Fenghe has provided pipe products to customers from various fields all over the world. In order to maintain a high level of consistency, we strictly control every stage of production, starting with color batch selection, raw materials formulation, processing, and finishing aspects. We ensure that each production process is traceable to enhance our abilities to identify any issue with our products before they can ever leave our factory. We have passed CE, ISO9001 quality management system, and 14001 environmental management system certifications. Fenghe produced pipes and pipe fittings have all passed various tests conducted by national authorities regarding size accuracy, transmittance, hygiene, and voltage resistance.
Fenghe employs automatic equipment to complete all our production processes. We have 5 aluminum plastic composite pipe production lines, 5 PPR pipe production lines, 2 PE-RT pipe production lines, and 10 injection molding machines. Professional mass production guarantees both our supply capacity and stable product quality. Our annual output of pipes is 50,000,000 meters and we produce more than 80,000,000 pipe fittings each year. We can complete timely delivery based on your demands.
